Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

  • Within Pune & nearby areas: 1–3 business days

  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email so you can monitor the status of your delivery.


Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, returns are generally not accepted to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

However, returns or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received an incorrect item

  • The package was tampered with during transit

Return Request Window

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Replacement or Refund

After verification:

  • A replacement will be shipped at no extra cost, or

  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

The decision to replace or refund will be at the discretion of Advik Foods after investigation.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Products damaged due to incorrect storage by the customer

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged)


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
